For your information we gratefully request 20% deposit on all bookings to guarantee your holiday property and dates. Full balance is generally not due until after arrival. Deposit payments can be made by acceptable credit and debit cards where a small transaction charge may be applicable. All deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation unless otherwise notified by us or upon evidence of an official headed letter stating that the client is not able to travel because of unfortunate medical or other similar reasons. If you do have to cancel for any reason at any time we will endeavor to complete your apartment booking with an alternative client. If we are successful then all or part of your deposit will be returned however we cannot guarantee this.

Please ensure we have confirmed your booking verbally or by email prior to any deposit payment and that we have quoted the amount of deposit required in Euros.
