Dear Puerto Banus Marbella,
We all had a lovely week in Puerto Banus and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The weather was wonderful and the boys really had fun.
We found all the arrangements to be very excellent. The car was waiting for us at the airport on arrival and again a similar experience when it came to our return trip.
The location of the apartment was very good indeed. With two little ones, having a variety of activities all at very close hand proved to be a real advantage. We made good use of the pools, grounds and the beach each day. With regard to the Port itself we were delighted to have such easy access to many restaurants and such a magnificent marina. Both our boys are boat crazy so seeing one with a helicopter on the back was a real treat.
The apartment was an excellent size albeit a little tired and in a very nice location on the complex. The outside area belonging to the apartment was surprisingly larger than we had imagined from the photos we had seen from the website. We were also very pleased to find a DVD and Sky TV as from your details had only expected to find a video player. The CBeebies channel came in very handy!
So, to conclude, we a lovely family holiday in an excellent complex and location. We would certainly be in touch should we return the Puerto Banus albeit to a enquire about a different apartment.

We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you! Everything was in accordance with our expectations. The only thing you might consider, is adjusting the air condition so that all the rooms have the same temperature. Also, it would be great to have the Sky Viewing card for the TV.

We had a wonderful holiday in Puerto Banus and have been recommending your website to friends and family - and will continue to do so. In fact, my sister and her boyfriend are considering holidaying in PB in late August/early September. Do you offer a lower budget level of accommodation? I know they'll be looking for a last minute booking as they aren't sure of their dates.
The apartment in Andalucia del Mar was a more than adequate size and our view was spectacular. We would definitely return to the same location in the future.

Only slight downside for me was the discrepancy between the second and third bedrooms . One was huge and the other – though much better than other apartments we stayed in was inevitably going to be a disappointment to the sibling that got that rather than the second bedroom.

To reply to your email re our holiday in Puerto Banus, we had a wonderful time. we know the port well, and enjoyed revisiting it very much. The location of our apartment was ideal for us, so close to the beach, and a few minutes walk down to the lively centre and yet far enough away not to be interrupted by the night life.
The apartment itself was beyond our expectations, a perfect size for three of us, but the balcony and sea view from it was magnificent. We hadn’t expected it to be so big, and be able to sit and see as much as we did. I would highly recommend it and would have no hesitation in returning to it.
If I had one criticism, it would be to say that the shower needs a good cleaning, but that is all. I hope that you find this helpful,

Yes, we enjoyed the place and the apartment, it was what we expected. The view from the balcony was a little bit too much against the opposite wall, not to the garden. But anyway, we were very satisfied with the place.

Just an update for you.
The apartment is fantastic and I've already recommended it to friends and family. It had everything we needed for our stay. Playas del Duque is in the perfect position and the grounds are both peaceful, spacious and very well looked after. Plus there is lots of shade if needed and a lovely restaurant/bar. We will def be back next year. Probably the week of 22nd May.
The only faults (and they are very minor) were some of the ceiling panels were missing and some of the lights were out in the main bathroom.
The keys we were given to get out of the garden onto the beach didn't work and it turned out we needed a key card, which we got on the second day.
We couldn't get the aircon to work, but thankfully it cooled down in the evenings so neither of us had problems sleeping. As I say very minor but if corrected we wouldn't have found fault at all!!
Thanks again & we will be in touch early next year to sort out our 2006 holiday.

I recently booked a stay at one of your apartments in Playa del Duques. My friends and I were more than happy with the apartment. It was very spacious, clean and well equipped. It had a huge balcony for alfresco eating. The grounds were lovely, with a few swimming pools and two nice snack bars. The location was excellent, literally a two minute walk from the port. I spoke to John a few times, he was very helpful and everything was handled efficiently. We would definitely go back.'

Hi John,
I was planning on sending you an email today just to say thanks for all the additional help with car hire and golf. It was the quickest turnround we have ever had at the airport with the guy meeting us in arrivals, and the golf courses your agent booked for us were the best we have played out there.
The accommodation was exactly as described, nice and close to town, clean and well equipped. We have already discussed returning next year and will be in touch at some point but we don't forward plan that far ahead.

Just back today and totally knackered!! Need a week off work to recover.
Apartment was just perfect with excellent facilities and fabulous gardens. The location could not be better with just a two minute walk to beach, bars restaurants etc. The resort has a bit of everything with the only downside being the price of drink.
Would highly recommend and look forward to future holidays there.
